Susan started her career in advertising as the fill-in receptionist at BBDO New York. She has literally worked her way from the very bottom and now has one of the most inspiring careers in the industry.

M&M's Spokescandies

M&M’s Spokescandies

After hitting it big by personifying the famous M&M’s spokescandies, Susan worked on brands like FedEx, Pizza Hut, Cingular Wireless, and Pepsi. At Leo Burnett, Susan became the brains behind Allstate’s “Mayhem” campaign. In the 2014 Super Bowl, Credle & her team at Leo rolled out the highly successful #EsuranceSave30 campaign.

Susan was named The Chicago Ad Federation’s Ad Woman of The Year for 2013. She is a great friend of the Circus, which is now represented at Leo Burnett with over 20 Circus Alum working in the Creative Department.
